UX Conf 2024
This project was for the School of UX, which hosts a UX conference every year. The host would like to visualise the registration status in a dashboard format. The data format is an Excel sheet drawn from their backend system. This is one of the personal project cases of the UX Design Bootcamp. My role involved acting as the UX design role, gathering user requirements, understanding the business owner's needs, wireframing, handling visual design and prototyping.

Business Research
Conducted a brief interview with the conference curator, focusing on key business parameters, priorities, targets, sponsor sharing, mobile usage, dashboard reuse, and preferred filters.
02
User Journey
The user journey stage of the design process involves mapping out the steps a user takes to accomplish a specific task or goal within a product or service. This visual representation helps identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, and areas where the user experience can be optimized.

03
Information Arquitecture
This stage involved structuring and organizing content to enhance usability and findability within the product. It focused on designing intuitive navigation systems and clear content hierarchies.
04
Low fidelity design
At this stage, I created rough sketches to outline the basic layout, colour, and structure of a digital product. These initial drawings serve as a foundation for developing more detailed wireframes and prototypes in Figma (tool used).

It is important to note that not all steps of the design process were followed, as this was a one-day bootcamp project with limited access to resources. Personally, I believe that usability testing, A/B testing, and, most importantly, analysis of analytics are crucial for the development of a well-rounded project.
This is just a summary of the project, for more details feel free to contact me.
